Not much today. i went in about an hour earlier than usual. This is how my workouts usually go: Cardio --> Core work --> Strength Training. I'm usually tired and sweaty (blech!) before I finish the cardio. I can't do lower body work too much so EVERYTHING we do is focused on the upper body (torso). So needless to say that after 20-25 minuts of an Upper Extremity Bike (UEB), my arms are pretty much done.
There's two huge hills by my house so I try to tackle those a few times a week. It's something I probably shouldn't do in 90 degree weather but it's extra, and it's useful. I'm pretty sure Genesis Adventures will not let me just keep making U-turns to avoid the hills. Besides, if I can get used to them, I can probably save a few dollars down the road by NOT cabbing it. Oh yeah and it's a good workout (hehe).
I get a break this weekend!!! Not a huge break but decent enough. I'll be in Wildwood, NJ for Batanga Beach Break with my sorority. Definitely something I can't miss...not when NST will be perfoming! Okay shameless plug. I'll still try to fit SOME type of work out: laps in the pool (nah I'll pass...my hair, you know) or some land laps up and down the boardwalk. Yeah that might work. Throw in some core stuff I learned and I'll be good for a few days.
